I am really excited to get back to bringing you the Planner Peek series! Today we're sharing a Day Designer Planner Review & Tour! I don’t know about you, but I just LOVE being able to sneak a peek inside other people’s planners. I love to see how they use them, how they decorate them, what type of planner they use, etc. I have asked my readers to submit photos of their planners and to tell us a bit about how they use their planning system. (You can submit your planner by filling out this really short and easy form. If you’re selected, you’ll get a free copy of the digital Sweet Life Planner worth $35!) All of the Planner Peeks in this series have been so fun to see.
Laura is a full-time student who uses the Whitney English's Day Designer. I love the simple black and white color scheme on the cover.
In addition to being a full-time student, Laura has a blog which is becoming a big job as well. Laura especially loves the day-by-day view of her planner, which allows her to keep up with things she needs to do for the day, like print off notes or run to the grocery store.
The monthly page allows Laura to color code classes, blogging, and personal information and see the big picture. She uses washi tape to cover multi-day events, like going home or a school break, or even finals week. Washi tape comes in so many cute designs and patterns, adding a splash of color to any planner.
Laura says that,”While I love my pencil to planner method (let's face it, nothing is ever set in stone), the workload this semester has made me use pens and get color coded for a better sense of flow and more peace of mind!” And isn't that what we all want, peace of mind!
