Paper Clutter Challenge: Step 2
It's time for the next step in the paper clutter challenge. If you missed step 1 and the introduction, read about the paper clutter challenge here.
I also want to encourage you to celebrate your accomplishments, so once you've finished a step, come to the Facebook group and let us know how it went. Or take a photo and post on Instagram with hashtag #paperchallenge.
You should already have a spot set up to place incoming paper, so you're not accumulating any more loose papers all over your house. But what about all those papers you had scattered over your counters and dressers? Let's tackle those today!
Today I want you to get a box, bin, or basket and go around your entire home collecting any stray papers you see. You don't need to worry too much about sorting them or what you are going to do with them. Just gather them up. The only sorting you need to do is to separate any of the papers that need attention quickly (like a permission slip that needs signed or a bill that needs to be paid). Those papers should go in your basket for new incoming papers, because we'll deal with those first. We wouldn't want those to get lost in the shuffle.
You should already be able to breathe a sigh of relief now that you no longer have to look at paper clutter everywhere! And that wasn't so bad, was it? I'll be back with step 3 tomorrow.
Stop by the Facebook group or post on Instagram with hashtag #paperchallenge and let us know how you did with today's challenge!

Haha you have been following what my husband and I do bad so far. When our paper collections get big around the house we go around and gather them in box then throw that in our storage room to sort through later….. still waiting on the energy/motivation for the later to happen 😉
