October’s Challenge: The Refresh Challenge
During October I'm hosting the refresh challenge, and I think this is my favorite one yet!
In May we did the clean sink challenge, in June we did a load a day (put away!), in July we focused on a morning routine, and in September it was meal planning.
Whew, that's a lot, right? However, we built these habits one at a time, getting one down before moving on to the next. Doing these four things daily can seriously transform the way your household runs. The sink is never overflowing, laundry is always done and put away, mornings aren't frantic, and dinners are under control.
However, I have a confession!! This month I've been really slacking on these habits. There, I said it! That's right, I currently have a sink full of dirty dishes and two washed and dried loads of laundry sitting in the laundry room. I was doing so well – I was on a roll, and then, well – you know – the crazy life stuff happens! It didn't really happen overnight either, I skipped a day here and there, and then a day turned into two, and I'm sure you know the story.
Has something similar happened to you? Are you still washing your dishes every single night as faithfully as you were back in May when we did the challenge? If you've slipped a bit, then this challenge is for you. And, if you're still going strong, this challenge will help you get those habits even more cemented and even more on autopilot before moving on. Oh, and if you're one of those still going strong people, give yourself a treat – you deserve it! That, and please come to my house! ????
For the Refresh Challenge this month, we'll be focusing on keeping up with the four habits we've created so far. Click below to download your printable and don't forget to join us in the Facebook group for more accountability and encouragement.

Hi Laura, I was wondering with the refresh challenge. How do you think I can incorporate the 1 load a day when I live in an apartment with no washer and dryer in the unit?

Post authorYou would probably need to modify it. You could just do the laundry weekly (or however often you usually do it), and then do something else daily instead like straightening your drawers/closet and organizing your closet for 5 or 10 mins.

Thanks so much this is a great idea and I’m going to implement it 🙂
