My Favorite Organizing Containers
Today, I thought I’d share with you some of my favorite organizing containers. I believe containers are key to keeping everything neat and organized, and you can probably tell by the number of containers all over my house. I must confess, I even have a container for my containers!
Therefore, I’ve tried tons of containers, bins, and baskets over my lifetime, and I want to share which ones have made the cut to my top 9!
One: These are $4 photo boxes from my craft store. (Hint: You can often find them half price.) I love them because they’re super cheap, they come in all different colors, and look great with a vinyl label on the front! By the way, these containers are going to make a big appearance on the blog next week, so stay tuned!
Two: These are stacking bins from Five Below (like a dollar store where everything is $5 or less) and are only $4 for a set of 3. I used them to organize under my kitchen sink, and they were absolutely perfect for that purpose.
Three: These are tiny clip boxes from Target. They are about $2.50 each from Target or Dollar General and are fantastic for really organizing those little odds and ends that would otherwise end up in a junk drawer. Then also worked great to organize my linen closet.
Four: This are flip top boxes from Target. I love these because of how well the two sizes stack on top of each other (reminds me off Tupperware) and how securely they close. Also, they’re even cheaper than the clip boxes. I think the small ones are only $1.50 each!
Five: These are the larger clip boxes from Target or Dollar General. I used this size to organize my freezer.
Six: I LOVE these bins so much! They are so versatile, and I think you can never have too many. They come in four different widths and are open at the top. I’ve used them all over the place but these are in my studio holding rolls of vinyl. They are around $3 each from the Container Store (one of my favorite places).
Seven: I like these bins because they are open but you can also nest them by flipping the handles inward. I also love the pretty grey and plum color scheme. However, I don’t love how they (like Tupperware) are constantly changing the colors so when you buy more they may not match. However, you can definitely spray paint them! They’re from Target.
Eight: I think these things are called shoe boxes. However, these particular ones are from Dollar General and are only a dollar each. What I love about them is that they are considerably smaller than most of the Rubbermaid shoe boxes you would find at Target, and so they fit so well in a lot of spaces such as my cabinet.
Nine: Last but not least, I love these things from Target because they’re so cute, colorful, and they’re a cross between a basket and plastic bin. They’re a bit more expensive, at around $5 each, but, hey, at least they look great!
Hope that gives you some organizing ideas. What are your favorite organizing containers?
