Day 7: Step Tracker Printable
Welcome to day 7 of 14 days of free printables! Today's free printable is all about helping us get healthier! It's a full size daily step tracker. You can hang it somewhere where you'll easily see it to help keep you motivated and on track.
I've tried to make this one as versatile as possible. There are two columns so you can either use it for two weeks, or track two people's steps for the week on the same sheet (great if two people in the same household are working on getting more steps).
There's a blank to the side of each day to use for tracking whatever you want. You could write your total number of steps or total number of calories eaten or track your water intake.
If you have different step goals each day, you could write your step goal there. Then divide that by 10 so, you know how many steps you need before you check a box. If your goal is 10,000 steps, it's super easy to check a box for each thousand, but if your goal is 6,000, for example, you would check a box after each 600 steps.
You could even laminate it, use wet erase markers, and then wipe it off and reuse it.
As far as step tracking, I personally have the Fitbit zip for tracking my steps, and I love it. It's one of the more affordable trackers, and I also love that I don't have to charge it. I just have to change the battery (takes a standard cheap battery) about every six months or so. It automatically syncs to my smartphone, and I sometime participate in challenges with friends who have one to really give me some extra motivation. I think I've had mine almost two years now, and I love how much it's motivated me to be more active.

While I usually like all your stuff and your blog I am very disappointed by reading that you prefer batteries over recharging.
