Viral TikTok Organizing Products
I've been seeing so many cool organizing products showing up on my TikTok feed lately. I bought some of the most viral products to test out for you. Keep reading or check out the video here for my thoughts on some of the most viral organizing products on TikTok right now!
1. Sheet Organizers

How many people hate folding fitted sheets? (Raising hand over here!). I tested these sheet organizers out by putting in folded king size sheets and then putting them in unfolded, as if you'd just pulled them from the dryer.
Spoiler– folding definitely fits better. However, if you don't mind them being a little lumpy, you can definitely just shove them in and zip them up.

I do also definitely like how they look on the shelf. They have a clear window so you can see which sheet set is in there, and they really do look nice and neat when they're lined up on your shelf. They work great for king and probably queen size sheets. However, I think twin would flop around a bit and leave wasted space on your shelf, so that's something to consider.
Verdict: Keep it!
2. Vacbird Vacuum Seal Bags

I've not tried vacuum bags before. They're supposed to save space by sucking out all the air. I gave these a try with my suitcase to see if it actually saved space and would make travel easier.
It did save a little space (though not a ton). And the little vacuum device is small enough to carry and charges with a type C charger, which I always have. So I really could travel with this.
However, I just don't think I will use it for travel. It doesn't save enough space to bother with unless I'm really needing to save space like on an international trip or something. Also, it squishes up so much that I would worry about excessive wrinkling.
However, I could see using this for storing clothes that don't quite fit me or something like that. It does save space in a drawer, and I wouldn't be worrying about wrinkling so much in that scenario.
Verdict: Keep it!
3. Stick-on Expandable Organizer
This is a slide-out tray that you can expand to fit your space. I'm giving it a try under my sink so I can slide out the things under there.
The verdict on this one is a definite no. My cabinet has a small lip on the bottom (pretty standard- most cabinets have that small lip). It's enough that the drawer gets stuck on it, so you can't easily slide it in and out.
Also- the adhesive is most definitely not removable, so you should be very confident that you do actually want this unit to stay wherever you put it! This one is a pass for me.
Verdict: Skip it!
4. Clear Hard Cases

I was so excited to give these a try! They're clear hard cases, and they zip around to close. I can see so many uses for these.
Fair warning- they do scratch pretty easily. That doesn't bother me, but be aware if that's something that would bother you.
I tested these out with my son's lego kits. The different sizes are great for storing different sized kits. I could see using these for so many other things, though:
- toiletries
- makeup
- travel
- mini first aid kit
- glove compartment storage in the car
- cords
- games
Honestly, they're so versatile that you could use them almost anywhere. The only thing I'd like is to be able to buy them in individual sizes without buying a whole set. However, these are definitely a win!
Verdict: Keep it!
5. Egg Storage Container
I already have something I store eggs in, but this egg container is quite a bit smaller, so I wanted to test it out. To “load” it, you're supposed to drop the egg in the top, and then it rolls down to dispense at the bottom. It's great, except I keep feeling like I'm going to break an egg, LOL!
I never did actually break an egg, so I think you'd get used to this, and it did actually work really well. It holds 14 eggs. You could stack two or three next to each other if you wanted to store more.
Since I already have my container that holds 36, I'll pass this along, but if I didn't already have something, I'd definitely use this.
Verdict: Keep it!
6. Tiered Drawer Units

I'm testing this unit and this one out under my kitchen sink. It has some limitations. The tiered unit doesn't easily hold taller things like cleaner bottles. My bottle brushes are also a little long and stick out the front.
The drawers work really well with small things like my dishwasher pods, but if you have weight on it like I do with cleaning products, the drawers don't slide easily at all.
So I'd say my impressions of this are mixed. However, it does work better than what I had before (which was nothing LOL!), so I'm keeping it for now.
Verdict: Keep it!
7. Cord Organizer
This shop is now out of business. I did get my product just fine, but they no longer exist, so I can't link to the exact product. However, I wouldn't really recommend it anyway. A couple containers broke just with me filling them for the first time. I also would have no need for the outer container it comes in since these containers stack neatly in a drawer already and take up less space that way.
I've already been storing my cords in a similar product from Amazon (although they're much sturdier!). I'd recommend these instead! It's a similar but much better quality product, and I definitely do love the concept!
Verdict: Skip it!
8. Medicine Box

I currently store my medicines in a bin. I tested this medicine storage box out with a few different bottles. It will not fit vitamin size bottles, but it does fit other standard bottle sizes pretty well. The top tray is great for organizing bandages and first aid items.
I like that it's portable, if you think you need that. However, the clips on the side are SUPER hard to open! It's a real struggle, and you could definitely break a nail, LOL! That could be a good thing if you have young kids, although it's not supposed to be child-proof, so don't count on that.
I also would prefer it to match my other bins…all in all, for me it's just not my favorite, although I could see it working well for others.
Verdict: Skip it!
9. Clear Cosmetic Bags

The first word that came to mind when I opened these was “cheap.” The plastic and zippers on these clear cosmetic bags are really flimsy, and it just doesn't feel like good quality. It does hold cosmetics or other random things if you'd like, but I can think of so many other ways to store the same things. I would much prefer the clear hard cases I talked about earlier, and they really could serve the same purpose.
These are just okay, but I”m not at all impressed, and I definitely don't think they were worth the price paid.
Verdict: Skip it!
10. Underbed Storage with Wheels

On first opening these underbed storage containers, I was so not impressed. The bag felt flimsy, and there was even a small tear in the bag. There is also assembly required, which is never. my favorite thing.
However, after assembling them, I was much more impressed with them than I was upon first opening them. The frame made them quite sturdy, and I liked that there were two zipper pulls, so you could meet them up in the middle. They do fit well under the bed, and the rollers make it super easy to pull out (even with just my foot!).
However, they're very shallow, so they don't hold much. They do have to fit under a bed, but the rollers take up quite a bit of space. I also don't typically need (or like) underbed storage. I've had to use it at times in the past like in my first small apartment, but personally I don't really like using that space unless I have to. I don't like seeing things under the bed, and I don't like how dusty it gets or having to dig it out when I need something.
However, if you do need underbed storage, these are pretty good! The wheels do take up space, but otherwise I have no complaints!
Verdict: Maybe!
TikTok has some cool stuff, but it can be hit-or-miss on finding a really good product. Have you tried anything from TikTok lately that you absolutely love? If so, let me know in the comments!
