Planner Peek: Abby
I’m so excited to be continuing with the next installment of the Planner Peek series! I don’t know about you, but I just LOVE being able to sneak a peek inside other people’s planners. I love to see how they use them, how they decorate them, what type of planner they use, etc. I have asked my readers to submit photos of their planners and to tell us a bit about how they use their planning system. (You can submit your planner by filling out this really short and easy form. If you’re selected, you’ll get a free copy of the digital Sweet Life Planner worth $35!)
Today’s planner is from Abby. First off, Abby uses the Arc system from Staples, and she absolutely LOVES it! She said she started off with the 8.5 by 5.5 size but switched to the full size because she needed more space. That’s one of my favorite notebook systems as well. If you’re not familiar with discbound systems, you can read my post or watch my video about how they work.
She uses her planner for several things and has dividers for each section. She has a section for her calendar, her church (she volunteers in Outreach projects), PHP (her personal business), family, and one for home.
In the calendar section she has a monthly calendar and has weekly pages which she decorates with washi tape:
In the church section she keeps ideas and notes on current or future projects. In PHP she keeps training notes, people she’s spoken to about her business, and business cards of people she has met. The family section has her daughter’s schedule and important appointments. The home section has a list of household expenses that need to be paid and she marks them off when paid. She also keeps a tracker for her vehicle (maintenance/repairs).
