Zipper Pouches: An Organizing Life-Saver!
When was the last time you caught yourself searching the depths of your purse for a hair tie? Or how about rummaging through your desk drawer for a pen? Or maybe looking for a pacifier in the diaper bag? Even when things look neat and tidy on the outside, it’s all too easy to let the INSIDE of drawers, bins, and bags get out of control! (This post does contain affiliate links, however, I am only recommending products I totally love and I think you will, too!)
Thankfully, I have found these zipper pouches from Amazon to be the perfectly-versatile solution!
If you want to see for yourself, click the video below where I am sharing all about this awesome, affordable product.
Sometimes hiding the clutter is really the best we can do. I’m not sure that certain junk drawers will ever look “beautiful,” on the inside. However, we still need drawers, bags, and bins to be functional, without having to waste time rummaging around. Enter these Amazon zipper pouches.
The sky’s the limit when it comes to these little mesh bags! With their breathable, flexible material, sturdy zippers and fun colors, you really could dream up just about any use you want for them. Here are some of my favorites:
Office Supplies
Now I know you may not all be pen junkies like me, but boy, do I have a lot of writing utensils! I don’t want to have to push aside the highlighters or dry erase markers every time I want to get to my favorite planner pens. So, I just separate everything out into its own bag and problem solved!
Binder clips, small sticky notes, magnets, and extra staples are just a few other kinds of office supplies you could store in here. Once you’re all organized, just stick the bags in a drawer, or even into a bin or basket on your bookshelf. A few of my favorite bins for holding these little beauties are the IKEA Kuggis bin, this Y-weave bin from Target, this canvas bin from Amazon, and the medium multi-purpose bin from The Container Store. They fit perfectly!
Toiletries
The bathroom is another area where lots of small items need to be stored close together. Hair ties, make-up products, and toothpaste or hair product samples are just a few examples, but I’m sure you could come up with more! I think these zipper pouches would be great for daily storage of your items or even for holding extras in a safe, organized bin until you’re ready for them.
Kids
There is hardly a time in your life when you need to carry more things and keep them more organized than when you have small children. These zipper pouches are great for helping to tame the beast of your diaper bag! They would be perfect for organizing diaper rash creams, pacifiers, or even snacks. If you keep them color-coded, you’ll soon learn which color to reach for when you need something specific. No more wondering what’s down in that diaper bag!
I also love the idea of organizing kids’ toys into separate zipper pouches (such as small puzzles or toys with several little pieces). It could keep things tidy while taking up less space then the original, more bulky boxes.
On the Go
I get excited just thinking about all the ways these zipper pouches could be used on the go! Add a few to your car to keep tissues, lotion, napkins or straws. Or use them for packing small items when you go on a trip to help keep your luggage organized!
I always let you know when I find a winner organization product, and these zipper pouches from Amazon are definitely it. The options are endless. What would you use them for? Please share your ideas in the comments!

This appears to be the wrong link. This is for plastic ones, not mesh. Isn’t it the JARLINKS ones the correct ones? They have a different link

Which size zipper bags do you have in the post? When I click on the Amazon link the image doesn’t look like the ones you have. I want to make sure I am getting the right ones.

Great idea! I like bigger totes for purses and I use little containers and bags already. But these are cute too, a great size and keeps things visible. I’m going to order some. Thanks!
