My Top Secret to Selling More Products
I know from reading your e-mails recently that a lot of you really want to start your own business, but you're not quite sure where to start. Many of you have a newer business, and you're feeling overwhelmed and aren't quite sure how to take it to the next level. Should you start a blog, get on Pinterest, or maybe Instagram, or maybe you need to learn how to use Mailchimp, or maybe Twitter, or Stumbleupon, or something else? I feel you! It can be overwhelming, but you're definitely not alone!
The bottom line is that if you want to build a business, you need to sell something. Even if you “only” blog and you don't have your own product, you'll need to make some affiliate sales. I want to share with you the number one thing that has helped me sell more of my products. If you want to sell on Etsy or you want to market your direct sales business online, you'll definitely want to hear this. But before I spill my secret, I want to show you a special resource that you can't miss.
I've never met Abby from Just a Girl and Her Blog in person (which is a little funny considering unlike many of my blogging friends she doesn't live far from me), but I'm quite sure if I did, we would be able to sit down and talk for hours. She shares my love of organizing, blogging, and, most importantly, creating pretty printables! I've watched her grow her blog from a small hobby blog to something that helps her make over six figures a year! She along with 15 other blogging experts are sharing their secrets in the Building a Framework Master Package.
The Building a Framework master package is an amazing deal which includes:
- eBook Writing
- Product Creation
- The Tech Side of Blogging
- Writing & Voice
- Photography
- Social Media
- Time Management
- SEO
- Ads
- Working with Brands
- Growing Your Following
- Viral Content
- Growing Your Email List
Click here if you’re interested in learning more about the Building a Framework packages and purchasing one for yourself. There are three packages available, and I highly recommend the master package. Here's an excerpt from my interview about product creation:
Now, back to my secret to selling more products. The number one thing I've done to increase my product sales has been to improve my product photographs (by a combination of improving my own skills and hiring talented photographers).
Do whatever you have to in order to get great photographs. Trust me, it will be worth it. Not convinced yet? Let me give you an example. In January of 2014 the sales page for my Sweet Life Printable Planner had no photographs. It only had graphics, but no actual photos. When I added some quality photos of the planner in early February, my sales that month DOUBLED (even though it's a shorter month when it's less popular to buy planners). I talk a lot about product photography in the interview included with the Building a Framework master package.

I LOVE your site and your printables. When I first found your site I was trying to get organized, and I have failed. Becoming a work at home mom recently, I am determined to do better. One of the things I have wanted to do for so long is start a blog or vlog. I haven’t started my blog yet, I received an initial copy of Abby’s eBook last year and as excited as I was, I never had the time to start. I love to write, share my opinion and give that unique pov that many tell me I have. I have NO IDEA where to start. I love youtube, I owned a Blogspot account YEARS ago and now, I’m just blown away. The amount of resources available now, it is amazing. So now, I’m compiling, saving web address in my favorites, reading what I can and when I can. This is going to be an incredible journey, I can feel it.

I began a blog almost two years ago as a hobby. I love to bring people closer to events and products. As a full time educator, I work on my blog in the evenings and throughout the summer. I have been able to grow it slowly but honestly, I am clueless! I know that there are bloggers out there like me who just need help and direction and I would love the opportunity to learn from people who know. People that have been in my place. Thank you for this opportunity!
