My Top 20 Organizing Products for 2026
I have reviewed literally hundreds of organizing products over the years on my YouTube channel and the blog. There are a few products that have really stood the test of time. Here are my favorite products, all leading up to my #1 favorite of all time:
20. Dry Erase Clip on Labels
These are meant to write on with a dry erase marker, and that totally works. However, I often end up cutting out vinyl labels on my Circuit. Either method works, but they fit so well on most bins and baskets. I use them everywhere!
19. Hanging Earring Organizer

I keep this in my closet. I think it's so pretty, and I love that I can slide the earrings in without removing the backs.
18. Plastic Envelopes

I love these for storing all kinds of things- stickers, papers, receipts, kids artwork. The list is endless! I even did a whole video about all the different ways I use these.
17. Youcopia Horizontal Pan Storage

I used to stack my pans, but then you have to take everything out to find the one you want. Sometimes you can't even see what's there. This rack keeps everything stored vertically so I can slide the pans in and out easily. It's also adjustable so I can store different thicknesses of pans.
16. Home Edit Organizing Bins

I've done a whole video on these. I love that they're modular and stackable. Some are designed to fit inside other bins for micro-organization. They have straight flat sides, which maximizes space, and they are just all-around great products.
15. Divided Lazy Susans

I use these all over my home. I store nail polish, art supplies, my daughter's doll clothes, candy…you name it. They're great in the pantry to store different varieties of granola bars. I've also made a whole video on how to use these. They're great for storing anything you need divided into smaller categories or that need help standing up vertically.
14. Flat Lazy Susans
The larger flat lazy Susans are great in the pantry corners. That space would otherwise not be very accessible. They roll nicely, even under heavy weight, and the surface is grippy, which helps keep things from sliding as you rotate them.
13. Large Rubbermaid Tote Bins

default
There may be better bins out there, but here's why I love these:
- They are easy to buy at a local store. This is important when I need to go back for more.
- The handles latch at the top, so the lids are more secure than the ones that just snap on.
- The bins are clear, which makes it easier to see what's inside of bins I don't access very often.
- They stack nicely in the garage.
- They're large enough to hold bigger items but not so large that they're too hard to lift and carry.
12. Makeup Caddy

default
This has been a total game changer for me. There are lots of small compartments, and some of them are removable if I need to store larger items. It has a single handle, so it's easy to lift out of the drawer and onto the counter and then put right back.
11. Acrylic Drawer Organizers
I found these in TikTok Shop, and I tested them out for a Viral TikTok Products video. I had no idea I would end up loving them so much. They are the perfect size, but probably the best thing about them are the little rubber grippy feet on the bottom. They absolutely do not slide around in my drawers, which has been amazing!
10. Kallax Shelves

These cube-style shelves from Ikea are probably the best bookcases I own. They come in so many different configurations, and I love that the shelves are DEEP. They fit the multipurpose bins perfectly, and my friend uses them to store vinyl records and board games that are too large for most bookcases. Kallax shelves are great for larger kids books, too.
The shelves are a perfect cube. You can find soooo many different products and storage baskets that fit the shelves, and Ikea even sells drawer and door inserts that you can add, which we've always found to be great quality with smooth glides and sturdy hinges.
9. Slim Gray Hangers

I've had these for years and have had zero issues with them. The velvet doesn't come off, and they don't break easily. I love how slim they are, so you can store more clothes. They also prevent shirts and tanks from slipping off thanks to the grippy factor of the velvet.
8. Freezer Tape with a Sharpie

Yes, this is very low tech, LOL. But these two are great for making temporary labels. The freezer tape will stick to almost anything, but it removes easily, and I've never had it damage a surface. Sometimes my “temporary” labels end up lasting years because it's just not a priority to change it. But the key is getting your stuff labeled in the first place without procrastination, and this is the fastest way to do it!
7. Command Hooks

These are a wonderful invention. I use them all over my house. In my pantry they hold aprons. My daughter's room has them for robes and pajamas. I keep a couple of the super sturdy ones by the back door for my kids' backpacks. I've never yet had one fail, and they remove easily and without damage as long as you follow the removal instructions (pull the tape down instead of out!).
6. Photo Boxes

I've done a whole video about this, but I store so many things in these– except photos, LOL!
5. Bead Boxes

These bead boxes are along the same lines as the photo boxes except smaller. My favorite use for these is charger cord storage. They're great for travel, first aid kits, stickers, and just for storing anything small.
4. Charging Station
We used to charge our devices all over the house. Now we keep them all in one spot. It's right above where we store our charging cords that I just mentioned, so everything is together. Our devices are always charged, and we always know where to find them.
3. Target Y Weave Plastic Bins

These Y Weave Bins come in so many sizes and different seasonal colors. However, I'd recommend getting a basic color they have all the time so you can buy more and not worry about matching. I have the gray, but white is a good choice, too. The best part is that they're so easy to buy. Most of us have easy access to a Target, and it's an item they carry all the time.
2. Tupperware Modular Mates

I grew up with these, and I don't know why I never used them in my own home. Last year I switched entirely to these for pantry storage. The Pinterest-perfect look of the Oxo containers is wonderful, but I had so many problems with the lids popping off of those, and they're not truly airtight.
Let me tell you, Tupperware is airtight and keeps things FRESH! They might not give the perfect aesthetic look I love, but they still look good, and the function is soooo much better than anything else I've tried, so the small tradeoff is totally worth it!
1. Multipurpose Bins

It will come as no surprise if you've been here for any length of time….these bins are my absolute favorite organizing product ever. I use them in every room of my home.
When I refer to the multipurpose bins, I mean either the ones from the Container Store or the dupes that Target recently started selling. They're both great. After a whole deep dive video comparing the two, I really think they're both equally good. The pricing is lower on most from Target but not on all sizes, and they both frequently go on sale.
The only advantage I'd give to Target is that they're so much more readily available and easy to buy. If I had to start over, I'd go with Target's bins for that reason alone.
