Days 6 and 7: Take a Break
Sometimes, when it comes to overcoming fear, it’s good to take a break. You need a break from the constant mental pressure to overcome. It’s usually in the moments that I’m not actively trying to overcome my fear that I realize my comfort zone truly has expanded. Make sure you don’t burn yourself out.
