Amazon Organizing Favorites

Spring is here! With the beauty of spring comes the beauty of spring cleaning.

Even though your spring routine may look a little different than normal, that doesn’t mean you can’t meet your goals. Amazon is a great resource to get organization items to your home even amid store closings and social distancing. 

I ordered several products from Amazon to try out and, let me tell you, we all know of Christmas in July, but this made me feel like it was Christmas in April! The items I found were fun, affordable, and easy-to-order organizing products to help kick start the spring cleaning process.

Acrylic Makeup Organizer

Now, makeup organizers are something I’m simply obsessed with at the moment. It’s so easy for makeup to make a complete mess of the bathroom and there’s nothing more satisfying that seeing all those small pieces find a proper home. Plus, knowing exactly where everything is will shave a couple valuable minutes off your morning routine – who doesn’t love that?

My favorite thing about this Acrylic Makeup Organizer is just how easy it is to see what I have. Acrylic is a huge trend right now and I couldn’t love it more! The one downside to acrylic is that smudges and dirt will be easier to see, but honestly, that’s a small trade off for its durability and aesthetic. 

This makeup organizer is decently tall so it takes up less counter space while still giving maximum drawer space – great for smaller bathroom counters or vanities. Not to mention the drawers are easy to take out and adjust. It’s not only pretty, it’s functional! The piece on the top of the tower is actually removable. Rope Fabric Basket

Baskets are a must-have for organizing any space, and they get bonus points for being functional and decorative! I ordered a rope fabric basket with the intention of using it for blanket and pillow storage in my living room. I considered using a blanket ladder, but this basket will do the trick without having to take the extra effort of constantly folding the blankets perfectly. This is easy, quick, and gives my kiddos a place to put the extra throw pillows besides the floor!

When I first opened this rope fabric basket, I was surprised at how big it was! It is definitely roomy and can hold all of my throw blankets and then some. Since it was folded up tight in the Amazon packaging, it was a little hard to get this basket unfolded – it was sturdy! I was a little excited to see if this basket was going to work well for what I wanted it to do, but after a little work, I was able to store my blankets and pillows in it just as I wanted! Stacking Water Bottle Holder

These little water bottle holders are small, yet mighty! I was immediately impressed by how these stacked together. They were sturdy with a sleek design I could really get behind. Of course they’re designed for water bottles, but these could be used for so many things – juices, sodas, or even get creative and use them for sorting those awkward shaped snacks like cheese sticks or oranges. Stand Up Jewelry Organizer

The Stand Up Jewelry Organizer was well packaged, but a tad underwhelming. While it went together easily and will get the job done, there is not much to write home about when it comes to its unfinished wooden base. The organizer does have its pros – it’s sturdy, easy to assemble, and is a nice neutral color that can fit into any space. I would suggest this piece if you own a lot of earrings. It isn’t particularly tall, but it really does a good job displaying those fun, big earrings that can take up a lot of space! Get yours here. 

Acrylic Clipboard

I love a good clipboard! That may sound a little silly, but clipboards are much more versatile than you might think! One of my favorite projects is to make a clipboard wall. Clipboard walls are great for chore charts, meal plans, schedules – all sorts of information for the whole family.

The Acrylic Clipboard from Amazon came extremely well packaged and when I opened it up I was so excited to see the nail hook at the top (this makes it easy to create that clipboard wall I mentioned ?). The acrylic is beautiful and I may even use dry erase markers on them to make a whole different type of clipboard wall! 

I was extremely satisfied with this project. My only word of warning here would be that if you’re using the acrylic clipboard daily and roughly (maybe at work or in dirty spaces) then scratches and smudges are bound to show up. Get one (or five!) here. 

Fashion Binder

This one is a bit straightforward, but who doesn’t have a thousand uses for a three ring binder?! This fashion binder is the epitome of trendy and functional. Not to mention the design – we all need positive reminders to keep us going and this binder has you covered! It’ll whisper those encouragements while keeping you on task and organized. Expandable Drawer Organizer

These drawer organizers are a great way to optimize space. One of the things that stood out most to me was the durability. These drawer organizers are sturdy, almost more like a clear plastic than acrylic. 

They don’t stack as perfectly as I would like, but stacking them is a definite possibility to organize your deeper drawers. However, it could be a pain to get to the organizer on the bottom, so I’d suggest using these primarily for shallow drawers or only stack them two high so they’re still easily accessible. 

I originally bought these for another makeup storage solution, but these could be great for many things! Small craft supplies, small kitchen utensils, or medicine organization. The sky's the limit with these useful little drawer organizers! Get your set here. 

Hanging Wardrobe Sorter

This hanging wardrobe sorter  was a game changer for getting my kiddos dressed in the morning! I’ve been using this product for years with my own daughter (and I’ve just ordered a second for my son!) My favorite thing about this product is that it has the days of the week labeled on each cube. This made it so easy for me and my kids to pick out their outfits on the weekend and then have stress-free mornings (when it comes to choosing clothes, at least! ?) 

While this is great for kids, be aware that younger children may not be able to reach the top cube easily. An easy fix if you still want to use this method with your kids is to store the clothes for the week in the appropriate cubes and then, the night before, pull the clothes for the next day down so the child has easy access once they wake up in the morning. Acrylic Drawer Dividers

Another acrylic organizing tool?! I know, but can you blame me? This is a trend I can’t get enough of! The acrylic drawer dividers come in a packs of 4 of varying sizes that nest together oh so nicely. This is one of the best deals of my Amazon unboxing because you get several quality dividers for an affordable price. 

Versatility here is the name of the game. These drawer dividers can be used in almost any drawer and configured in so many different ways. Like the expandable drawer organizers, these give you the ability to organize but give you an added layer of customization. Tiered Nail Polish 

The tiered nail polish holder is essential for all routine painters! This product was durable and I loved the tiered style. You can easily see all your colors and the design keeps everything neat and tidy. Simple, practical, and pretty, this may be just what your nail polish collection needs.
