Day 4: Daily Food and Fitness Tracker Printable
Welcome to Day 4 of the 31 days of free printables!
Today's printable was requested by several people. Several of you requested a food and fitness tracker, so I have created a daily tracker. There are spots for each meal, cardio, and weight workouts. Also, I put a column and total spot in the food tracking that you can use to track whatever you'd like such as calories, points, macronutrients (carbs/protein/fat).

Subscribers to my free weekly newsletter (sign up in the box to the right) will receive one pdf at the end of the month with every printable I’m creating for the 31 days. That way you don’t have to worry about downloading each one as we go, and you won't miss out on anything.
The index of each day can be found here as well as a link to a form where you can request to have a printable custom designed just for you!

Oh how I like this page. Great idea being able to track the calories, etc.

I must not be doing something correctly. Every time I click the link it opens it in Word and then it says it has trouble converting the PDF. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

Post authorI tested it again, and it seems to be working properly. Do you have Adobe PDF reader installed? You could also right click the file and choose open with to select Adobe Reader. It won’t open properly in Word.

Why does it say “Click below to download the pdf version of this printable” when what is really needed is to sign up for emails before we can download? 🙁 I understand a lot of work went into these and having an email list somehow helps offset that i guess but the above wording makes it very confusing when trying to access these.

Post authorSorry for the confusion. At one point there was something to click on first. It’s definitely on my to do list to go back and improve all my old posts for the things like that, but it’s a slow process since I have a lot of posts and a ton of free printables.
