Amazon Acrylic Drawer Organizers
Price: $15.00
These are the organizers that I originally used in this drawer. I love the clear acrylic, and there are a wide variety of sizes available. One huge advantage is that you can buy pieces individually. That means that if I just need one more small square container to fill my drawer, I don’t have to buy an entire set or all shapes and sizes and have a bunch of extra pieces I’m not using.
Bamboo Organizers from mDesign
Price: $6 to $10 per piece
These are honestly very similar to the Amazon Acrylic Organizers, just a different style. They also come in lots of different sizes, and you can buy just one size if you’d like. A unique feature of these is that they stack, so if you have a deep drawer and want to stack these on top of each other, they nest nicely.
Joseph Joseph 10 Piece Organizer
Price: $10 to $25 for a set
These drawer organizers are incredibly unique. For one thing, they interlock with each other, so once you set the pieces, you could pick up the whole system as one piece. Unfortunately you can only buy these in a set of seven or ten, so it’s hard to mix and match to get the exact configuration that you want. They also only come in these multi-colored sets, so you can’t get all one color.
Target Drawer Organizers
Price: $0.50 to $2.00 per piece
These take the cake for being affordable! Each of the organizers used here was less than $1.50 a piece. They’re a medium weight plastic so they have a bit of give to them, but I prefer that when working with drawer organizers because if your drawer width is just a smidge off, you can squeeze these together and make them fit.

Don’t forget dollar store shelf liner under the bins! If they don’t have nonskid bottoms and you don’t fill the drawer exactly, they slide around when you open and shut it. A quick roll of liner and bam, the bins stay put.

The bamboo/wood dividers are on the pricy side, but I am really enjoying them in the top middle drawer of an old roll-top desk – they look “at home’ there in a way that the plastic ones simply can’t match. It took a bit of experimenting with the available space, the things that live there, and the sizes and shapes of boxes, but the job is done and I’m very happy with it.
