Below you’ll find links and descriptions of all the cleaning products I used in the video above. Some of the links may be affiliate links, but these are only products I truly use in my home!
Great Value Our Promise Eucalyptus Mint Dish Soap:
I used to use Seventh Generation dish soap, but I found this more affordable generic brand. It’s nothing too fancy, just good, clean dish soap.
Playtex Rubber Gloves:
I love wearing gloves while washing dishes. It keeps my hands from getting all wrinkled, and it really saves them in the winter when my hands are prone to dry out anyway. I have pretty small hands and I use a size medium.
Scotch-Brite Delicate Care Sponge:
I honestly couldn’t tell you if I had the name brand or off brand of these sponges, but I use sponges similar to the Scotch-Brite sponge. Sometimes I use the delicate care, and other times I use the regular or heavy duty. I personally haven’t found a huge difference between them all.
Wooden Dish Drying Rack
This dish drying rack is super affordable and works great! I want to get a second one because I find I use it not only for plates, but also for cups and mugs, so that the water can drip out of them instead of getting sealed inside between the drying mat and the mug.
The Original Dish Drying Mat
There’s nothing too fancy about this dish drying mat. It’s cute, and it holds the drying dishes. It’s a little on the small side so I ended up getting a bigger, second dish mat off of Amazon.
Gain Flings:
I don’t think that using laundry detergent pods is the most cost effective, but I love how easy it is to just toss a few in with the load. I’ve used Tide Pods and Gain Flings, and I mostly just go with whichever is most affordable and smells the best!
Arm & Hammer Odor Blaster:
I love when you can smell clean clothes, and scent boosters like this Arm & Hammer scent booster really helps with that.
Color Grabbers:
These are a LIFE changer. No more sorting out whites and colors. Just toss all your laundry in together, throw in a color catcher, and it will pull the dye out of the water so that your clothes don’t get stained by the colors of the other clothes. (I will caveat and say that I would still be careful with brand new dark jeans and also with any clothes you want to stay a super-crisp white.)
Vacuum Cleaner:
This was the first vacuum cleaner I ever bought, so it’s nothing too special, but it gets the job done for me. I have super long hair, so it likely won’t last forever because vacuums plus hair are not a good combo. Let me know in the comments if you have a recommendation for a vacuum cleaner for long hair!
Scrubbing Bubbles Fresh Brush
Flushable toilet scrubbers are a huge win in this house! I love the Scrubbing Bubbles orange scent. It’s so easy to use, and you just release it into the toilet and flush after you scrub.
Seventh Generation Lemongrass Citrus Disinfecting Wipes:
Full disclosure on these: this was my first time using these wipes, and while I love the Seventh Generation brand because I don’t have to worry about rubbing chemicals onto my countertops, these were extra sudsy and didn’t smell too great. I’d definitely recommend trying another scent if you get these, and be prepared for lots of soap subs!
Ever Spring Lemon & Mint All Purpose Cleaner:
My favorite ever multi-purpose cleaner came from Fresh Thyme and I can’t find it anymore, but this one has done well in its place.
Hopefully you found a new favorite cleaning product on this list! Let me know in the comments if there’s a cleaner or product that you think I should try!
